Google ad choices · Third-party ad choices

The current browser tools process inputs on your device. Document contents, OCR results, hashes and text are not transmitted to our servers or analytics. OCR engine and language files are downloaded from this site.

The site stores theme preference and up to eight recently used tool identifiers in local storage. No input content is stored in that history. You can remove these through your browser’s site-data controls.

If you create an optional account, we store your name, email, a password hash, session records and saved tool identifiers. Session security may use IP address and user-agent metadata. Administrator access changes are recorded in an audit log. Tool inputs and files are not saved to your account.

Server processing is disabled by default. When enabled in a verified deployment, anonymous artifacts expire after 15 minutes and can be deleted using the job ownership token. Operators must verify cleanup and encryption before enabling uploads.

Advertising and nonessential analytics are disabled in this build. Infrastructure access logs may record request metadata; deployers must configure minimization and retention. Configure a verified support contact before launch.

If Google advertising is enabled later, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google and its partners can use those cookies to personalize ads. Advertising remains off until the required disclosures, provider settings and consent controls are verified.

You can manage Google personalized advertising at https://myadcenter.google.com/ and participating third-party advertising choices at https://optout.aboutads.info/. These choices do not delete essential account cookies or local tool preferences.

We do not sell tool inputs or publish uploaded files. Hosting and account infrastructure handle request and account data to provide the service. Account records remain while the account is active; expiry of individual login sessions does not delete the account. A verified operator must publish backup, security-log and account-deletion retention periods before launch.

You may request access, correction or deletion of account information using the verified contact on our Contact page. Do not send passwords or private files. The operator may need to confirm account ownership. Available rights depend on your location. This policy was reviewed on 28 October 2026; material changes will be reflected here before new processing starts.
